This endeavor was initiated following a news article encountered in 2021, outlining the development plans for the 23rd and Cherry site. Subsequently, efforts were made to establish contact with PMC Property Group, the general contractor, to explore potential contributions, recognizing the project's positioning within the Special Flood Hazard Area. After persistent attempts, communication was successfully established with the Project Manager, who provided the plans for a flood scope assessment. Following thorough evaluation and consideration of various protective measures, the General Contractor opted to integrate the FRA Panel, acknowledging its adaptability to the prevailing site conditions.
